On a bench in the place I until recently just referred to as "that white place". Turns out the place is possibly called "The Elephants Pen", though Maisie told me and she might be full of shit because I can't find any info on it on Google.

**Brighton Beach**
[The Times](http://thetimes.co.uk) sent me down to Brighton to photograph [David Aaronovitch](http://www.timesonline.co.uk/tol/comment/columnists/david_aaronovitch/) after finishing the [London to Brighton Bike Ride](http://www.bhf.org.uk/get_involved/take_part_in_our_events/bike_rides/london_to_brighton_bike_ride.aspx).

I decided to go down a day earlier to enjoy the beach and to get away from London for a little while. Brighton is beautiful, I love it there.
