Say hello to yours truly, aka Chairman of the Board, Phiary Ltd. Hilde is Secretary, and Nordaker Ltd (aka Arne and Marcus) are Directors.

Now we just have to finish up this monster and we'll be ready to go live.

Landlords cleaning
I am pretty sure my landlords are lonely, or extremely nosy, or both. They came over to localize and remove a mysterious smell (turned out to be a dead mouse in a cockroach trap. I have no idea why it crawled into one.), and decided to clean behind the stove and fridge and stay for a while and fix other things... Weird situation. Can't really be too blunt and just tell them to leave either.
